I've called on Al twice...in both cases when my computer had died and I had no computer access at all. I just wanted to write about my experience with Eagle Computer Service. I highly recommend him. I have used this company twice for my personal computer. 1st time was for a total breakdown of my computer due to a nasty virus. He rebuilt my computer, put in more memory and spent many hours on it without charging me the total fee. He did a wonderful job - it was like getting a new computer. The 2nd time - about a year later - I used him again. I bought a new computer and needed all my stuff transferred over from the old computer. Again - wonderful job, spend many hours and didn't charge us the full fee. He's very personable - will go out of his way to meet you to pick up your computer and will deliver it back to you - very stress free and very friendly. He knows what he's doing and he does it with a smile. He wants his clients to be happy and that made us happy. I will definitely use him again if needed.
