We needed our pool fixed and didn't know who to call. On the recommendation of a work associate, She told us to call Brian from Atlantis Pools. He came over inspected everything and said all the filter system need to be replaced. With our permission, he went ahead. This is going to be our 3rd time signing with him for the 2013 season, and my family and I couldn't be happier!

Knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. We have a place in the city and when we come up to Westchester on the weekends, I know that my pool will be open, warm and ready for the kids. I highly recommend Atlantis Pools.

Unbelievable..first time we used them they forgot to bill us..so we called and told them they forgot to bill us. Then they overbilled us for chemicals they didn't put in the pool. Next time they came and said they needed to come back because they only have two guys and needed three. So my husband pitched in as the third and we got the bill for three people!! Next time we called with information about a leaking part -- six times!! Brian never called back, always going on about how many pools he opens!! Then they can't get the pool open and say we need the part (one that I called him six times on) and then he claims he needs to replace the whole filter. When he was questioned he responded, "I CAN'T DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS>>YOU"LL HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE." Grow the hell up. Don't use this spoiled brat!! PRIMADONNA!!!!!
