I had opted for priority overnight mail to recieve a package. I waited in front of my house hoping that they would come before 10:30 AM. While I was waiting I got an alert saying that the business is closed or customer not available and will try to deliver next day. They never showed up, Seems like they are sitting in their office and just updating mentioning delivery attempted and failed. I will have to drive 15 miles and collect my package it seems.

This is a terrible Fedex Hub. In 2010 I've had 3 next day shipments that I had to pick up at hub. The Fedex 800 number was very apologetic but they don't seem to do anything about this hub. I liked fedex in the past and they said problem was due to Christmas season. The other two times were weather and a different driver. UPS showed up twice today to complete deliveries, 12/22/10. Fedex should have been here by 3 PM guaranteed delivery time yesterday, showed up at 4:30 and claimed business was closed even though the gate was open and cars were in the parking lot due to plant working late before holiday. This excuse was also used earlier this year due to a "different driver." I'ts 2:56 PM and I still haven's seen Fedex show up, the hub says they can't help it because of holiday. From now on, I'll use UPS, they showed up twice today to get the job done.
