ESI Services, Inc, is comprised of Professional Engineers, Surveyors, and Planners who are fully versed in all the local, state, and federal codes. One of our company's partners, Roy Shrewsbury, is a Professional Surveyor licensed in West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina with 30 years of experience in planning, design, drainage and construction. The other partner at ESI Services, Inc, , Richard Triggs, is a Professional Engineer with a strong background in site design, construction inspection, water/wastewater design, and roadway design. The members of the ESI Services, Inc team have been involved, from inception to completion, with numerous projects involving water, sewer, site and roadway design, with a full range of boundary, topographical, and construction layout surveys.
