If I could give this place zero stars I would. Considering how the receptionist who acted like a total bulldog when I got there treated me, it is a wonder they are still in business, or perhaps my Medicaid card was not good enough for her. Which is when the attitude promptly changed. I am a disabled vet, and I like to see that that is the type of people I am now disabled over protecting. ALSO, the appt was for my child, whom has Tri-Care and Medicaid. My income alone (YES I do work for that Medicaid) would not cover some copays. SO since VA Dermatology refused to verify her coverage over the phone, saying that was not their policy anymore (I'm sure), I am glad you show your true colors on how you treat people. Coverage can be easily verified, but to refuse service to a child that is suffering is an absolute atrocity. The I don't care attitude and the degrading treatment is enough to make me alk across hot coals and broken glass before I go back. Dignity and Diversity . Get some.
