When my identity was mistaken for that of another, my bank account was was emptied to a $0 balance and the credit union did nothing to help me. I was told that the debt collector identified ME by my first tech auto loan number but the credit union would not put that statement in writing. They told me the only way to get it was with a court ordered Subpoena. A law suit must be filed for someone to motion for a Subpoena and how is that accomplished with no money and how long would it take? I was treated rudely, unfairly and as soon as my "case" closes I will severe all ties with First Tech Credit Union. There are more caring and more helpful banks and credit unions out there. Find them.
