' QUALITY SERVICE We recognize that the key to the firm's success lies in our ability to provide a level of service that consistently exceeds our clients' expectations. Quality service forms the foundation for the production of engineering documents that are complete, comprehensive and coordinated with all other disciplines. We pride ourself on our ability to effectively communicate the structural needs on a project in a creative, constructive manner that can be easily understood and addressed. We realize that most errors on projects are a result of some form of breakdown in communication and we have the tools and experience to avoid these pitfalls.
