I recently started working at this place and quit on the 5th day. In 20 years in the service industry I have never been so shocked and disgusted as I was by the sanitation at Bistro 153. I called the health department the very next business day. It is truly frightening. They are going to seriously hurt someone eventually with sanitary conditions that are frightening. From no handwashing after handling dirty dishes to unlabeled chemicals to old rotten juices in the bar still being served, the list goes on and on. The place is poorly managed by the owner, a tiny and ridiculous little man who sits there every day drinking. Though some of the employees no doubt are good at their jobs, unfortunately the owner couldn't run a hot dog stand competently so they have very little business and will no doubt be closed in a year.Hopefully before they seriously injure someone with their DISGUSTING sanitation. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. UGGGGHHHH
