I used another company to repair my furnace, which didn't fix the problem. When I called back, the owner asked if he could hand the job off to Beaverton H. & A.C. Dale and the intern cleaned two components and wanted $74.50 more than the first co.I talked him into taking the same amount as the first co. had charged.The next morning....no heat. I called Kevin, the owner and he told me I probably needed a new part which he estimated would cost $400-$800 to replace. Since my home was built in '96, I decided to get quote on a new furnace.I also got a quote from another firm, and used them to install a new 96% efficient unit. I just got off the 'phone with Kevin and he will send me a check for the repair bill, even though I didn't use him for the new furnace. It is a pleasure to deal with a man who wants to make his customers happy!

I just had two gentlemen from Beaverton Heating come out to my House to Fix my busted Furnace. They did a thorough Inspection and found that my Ignitior was not working and that my Burner Jets needed cleaning and there was a Condensation gasket that was not tight and was leaking. They made sure that the Furnace was operating at 100% efficiency and left me feeling confident in there work. I would highly recommend then. They do quality Work at affordable prices. And they do back up there work.
