I have never in my life written a review....I was referred here by a friend (so apparently someone likes it) and decided on a gel mani and pedi for my friend and I. We were both so disappointed when we left we vowed never to go back. The removal of my gel polish was painful, she scraped so hard she took layers on my nails off. My pedicure was horrible, hardly any soaking time or callous removal - which is the whole reason I like to go! I will say, the chair massage was great! My toe polish looked like my 6 year old did it. My gel nails were cut so short they are tender. They were filed crooked, I had to ask her to even them out and straighten them out. The polish doesn't even go to the sides. Oh and the clincher was the two creepy guys that just sit there and shoot each other glances then smirk, all the while you know they are talking about you and aren't sure if you want to punch them in the face or sterilize yourself by what they are saying. I WOULDN'T GO BACK FOR A FREE SERVICE!!!
