I've always found the associates to be helpful and informative on products and locating products in the store. I've NEVER felt like they were doing ME a favor; but are genuinely happy to see you at their store. My only complaint is that they didn't have the pet picture taking with Santa Claus this year. Thepet picture were great as card enclosures.

Always understaffed, ALWAYS. Don't take the worker's advice. They don't know anything. It is obvious they will tell you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale. They will make it sound like they know what they are talking about when they clearly don't. I heard one worker telling a customer that their goldfish would be fine in a half gallon tank. Another customer asked if the heat rock they were looking at was any good, and a different worker told them it was. These are mistakes only the ignorant or uncaring would make. Goldfish need over 10 gallons each. Heat rocks can cause serious burns since reptiles can't sense when their belly is overheating. This store has good product availability, but the service is awful. There are one or two exceptions, but not enough to make this a good store.
