We've taken our mower to this place three times to get it fixed/serviced. While they've done the job, they have done it with poor customer service. They are not friendly, they keep you waiting at the counter (with no one else in line) while someone plays a computer game, and they don't even bother to call you to let you know when your mower is ready. Every time we've taken it, we have had to call...only to find out it's STILL not ready (even though it's been way after the estimated date), or that it's BEEN ready for a long time. They have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. We will definitely not be returning to this business.
