I can't give Fedex even one star. but had to so I could submit my comment. If they would check around the neighborhood they would see the big black numbers on my front porch. I have had two recent orders go to the wrong house. I was to get a delivery today, and I got an e-mail from the seller stating it was delivered and the tracking information said it was left on the front porch Not at my house. My last order was brought to me by an honest neighbor and hoping this time it was left with an honest neighbor, Someone needs to give the driver a new map.
UPS doesn't have a problem finding me.

I would give this a no star if that were possible. I didn't get package & a trace was sent out on package. Fed ex stated that their driver knew where I lived & that it had been delivered. Ordered from the same business again (they use fed ex only to ship) and I witnessed the delivery driver giving my package to a neighbor. He didn't ask if it was the correct address or if it was the correct person. I had to go retrieve my package from the neighbor who I suspect of keeping mail and packages. Requesting signatures and specific delivery instructions to get your package does not work. Do all that you can to avoid using Fed Ex.

Horrible, awful, terrible. Deliver to wrong address anyone can sign to receive your packages and customer service is the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with. Go UPS for all your shipping needs.

Worst delivery service in Lewisburg area .. Ups always delivers on time Fed Ex the opposite.. This rates at one but it should be a negative number
This Fed-Ex facility is HORRIBLE!!! I sent a package to my 19 month old baby neice and it still has not been delivered as of today. It has been sitting at this Beaver, WV Fed-Ex since December 9 and hasn't budged. I have called customer service at least 6 times and they keep telling me, "Oh they are backed up due to the holiday, blah, blah, blah. Bottom line is my baby neice isn't going to get her Christmas present from her Auntie until after Christmas this year due to the incompetant morons at the Beaver, WV Fed-Ex facility!!! Sincerely, LIVID in NY
