Beautiful

This is a beautiful apartment complex. But they are not managed very well the lights are out on some units and is very dark on streets and they have unruly children that climb on electrical components and around trash dumpster walls. There are cars that play extremely loud music and it shakes the windows and doors

Beware: If you meet the criteria to get in don't ever plan on making any changes to better yourself because they don't allow you to take a better job or even inherit something of value. Yes the apartments are nice but beside a few and I mean a few HUD pays all of the rents. So you know what kind of people your neighbors will be. The system is corrupt, they will give you a 3 day eviction but you have to give them 30 calendar day notice to leave. It's crazy-ness when you sign their contract you are basically saying. I am at the mercy of Edwards Crossing and I will never better myself. The children of the neighborhood are unsupervised and will steel you blind. Poor kids don't know what it's like to play in grass because you have none it's all pavement-which happens to be the only way and out. Good luck!!

I think it is very ironic how me with a child and made barely enough income to live there and after going through all this background check with annual income and turns out that I didn't have enough information, they let couples live there that whose boyfriends live there and make over 4000 a month coal miner who with receives food stamps, and mountain heart., and any other benefits, did I mention HUD. Will be making phone calls on who should be responsible for the townhomes of 200's. who let ppl live there who are ppl that make over the amount that let the boyfriends shack up and collect benefits! Someone will be held responsible for not doing their job.
