When I signed up for my account here 6 months ago, I was told I had overdraft forgiveness up to $600. I wasn't worried about overdrafting, but things happen and I did last Friday. I got paid today (Wednesday, 5 days later) and I don't get to see a single penny of my check because they took it all. Apparently overdraft forgiveness isn't a thing there and I was scammed into my account, AND I never received anything saying that I would be charged a total of $120!!! I had no clue until I had to call today, and the woman I spoke to (unfortunately didn't get her name) was so rude to me. She acted like I was dirt beneath her shoes because she probably makes $100k/year while she takes money from actual working people like myself. Total rip off. Taking my banking elsewhere.
