We have been with the Luckey Agency since the purchase of our first home in 1994. We have been through many changes, a couple claims, and a few odd things, and all the staff at Luckey's have been wonderful. I feel that the family oriented business has a wonderful niche in the community, and can't see any reason why we'd ever leave the Agency. I have given their name to many of our friends, and tell them how easy things are when you call there.

I have dealt with many auto insurance companies in the past. This is the first time I had an agency take the time to get to know me and my needs. Great staff, detailed minded!

I very seldom write a review about any company but the lucky Agency stands out and deserves a review. I, like most insureds, was nervous about moving my auto insurance. I believed I was getting the best rate, had no complaints about my current agent and did not want to deal with the hassle of moving. One conversation with Jason convinced me to give him a shot. Not only did he present me with a quick quote, he also increased my auto liability limits and on top of that saved me money. Before I knew it I had a new policy. I have never seen "Customer Service" as i did when I was in a car accident recently. Nancy at the Luckey Agency was absolutely wonderful. She made sure the process was quick and painless and she always kept me up to date on information through e-mail and phone calls. She was always in a good mood and had a constant up beat attitude! I've been with the Luckey Agency for over 10 years and during this time, I have had a few claims. I just recently had a property claim and my agent, Jason, helped me when I had questions and he really took care of me.
