My family has gone to the Chippewa office for the last time. The staff consists of the most rude and unprofessional people. When you enter the office the receptionists should greet customers not ignore them or bark at them. The staff also does not know how to operate the eye testing equipment. Also they do not sanitize the equipment after each use. Good luck picking up your eye glasses or contacts as the staff cannot be bothered to help you with that either. I had an actual appointment to pick up my contacts and despite the fact that I was the first customer in the office, the staff just ignored me. When someone finally did come to help they were just annoyed that they had to do something. The doctors need to upgrade and get a competent and people friendly staff.
