I went here to get my hair done, my appointment was at 3:30, she called and told my friend and I to do 4:30 because she was running behind. when we got there she was JUST getting done dying someones hair...she goes to cut her hair and takes AN HOUR to cut the girls hair. I kid you not by the time I sat down and she began it was already 6:00. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and showed her pictures of what NOT to do..she did the exact opposite. My hair looked nothing like the picture, it came out yellow, I told her not to do big chnuky streaks and she did...I told her I wanted more brown then blonde she did WAY more blonde then she needed...it took her a little over 2 hours to finish it. My son was crying and she was taking so long I had to leave with FOIL in my hair and take it out at home!! I get home and take it out, it was so yellow and terrible looking...so I had to have someone fix it for me! she never put toner in it which is why it was yellow! she put one set of foil in,
