I would recomend this Verizon store to anyone. I went to Walmart that was my mistake. Do not wast your time with those folks. Curt was very helpfull with changing over our two phones from AT&T. He knows his stuff. He took his time in explaining the phone plans that would fit our usage. I was impressed with the selection of phones and his prices. He calls himself the old guy! GOOD JOB, Curt and Verizon.

This is the fourth phone I got from this guy. I get calls from Verizon to upgrade. I'll spend my money locally. This time I went with a Droid, he helped me to decide. I did not get pressured (not like those fancy Verizon stores). Curt was AMAZING and HELPFULL. Before you upgrade see this guy. If you want to go to Verizon he has a large selection of phones.

Refreshing store, as a professional mother of two, I was pleased to see a child friendly Verizon store. This has not been the case in the locations I had visited in the past. I enjoyed my visit and was impressed with the "Old Guy". I was very conferrable with my encounter. In the past, I had found the other stores (Verizon Wireless) to be cold and not very friendly. I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years in three different states, Curt is warm and helpful. I do not do reviews (this is my first) this location stands out.

Very helpful. He is a 9.9 (no one is a 10). My co-workers called him Mr. Verizon. Outstanding person. Very pleased. I like the fact he is local. I have had phones for 15 years, Sprint and U.S. Cellular and this location is the best. I would recomend him. Keep up the good work.

Curt is refreshing. Very helpful, he took his time to explain Verizon's plans. He has a wonderful selection of phones. I was a long time USC customer and was not happy with the way they treated me. U.S. Cellular's store pushy. I like Curt's cellular 101 class. I will be recomending him.

Very happy with the service. Curt is unique, we had a very positive experience. He will not sell you like the store in Fond du lac they talk down to my husband and myself. A co-worker told me about Curt. I'm glad they did, he was more then more then helpful. You can not go wrong with this man.

Good place to do business. I like the small town charm, you will be working with the owner that cares. I have been a VZW customer for over 10 years. The "Old Guy" is the best representative I have come in contacted with. VZW should hire him to train their staff. Curt was NOT pushy like most of the other sales staff. I just wanted a phone, That is what I got! He did not try to sell me on the extras like they wanted to do in Madison. I walked out of that store they only want to make a sale. This man is an outstanding leader in customer service and is a credit to the Verizon organization. I shopped both US Cellular and the local Sprint store in town, but curt stood out in his experience and took the time to explored my needs and wants. The Verizon store in Madison talked down to me, but "the old guy" is an example of salesmanship. I was so impressed with him I'm doing this review!

I would like to give Curt a very high and positive review. I came into his store looking for fast internet. He took his time and explained all my options and their costs. He then (FREE) installed my software on my laptop. CURT is outstanding!

Unfortunately not all my cellular encounters have been THIS POSITIVE. I manage a national Quality Assurance company in Ohio and have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years. I was in Beaver Dam for a funeral. My 69 year old mother needed a phone. I know outstanding service and product knowlage. This man is awesome. I am impressed with my experience at this location. Verizon can be proud to have an agent like this one.

I got my new company phone, picked up a bluetooth at Walmart, very poor quality. Went to Curt's on Saturday was treated with respect. Very happy with the service. Judge for yourself. I told him my company gets a discount, he gave me 15% off. My bluetooth works great.

I was a US Cellular customer. Two of co-workers recomended the "Old Guy". They were right on. He knows what he is talking about. Very helpful. Curt took his time with my wife and me, explaining the phones and plan options. This guy is good, you can tell he cares about you. I'm sending my parents (in there 70s) to see him about a service. I would recomend him highly. Small town service is alive in Beaver Dam.
