Timbers Edge Apartments f/k/a/ Park Shadows has done a great job with rehab of these apartments. The management company Dominium has put alot of money and time into making them liveable and quite. The Beaumont Police patrols and even have a Police Substation, managers are nice and will listen to whatever problem you may have with your neighbor or guest. My apartment was brand new when I move here and I plan on being here until I am ready to buy a house. Thanks for having me!!

just moved in,cleaness of the property is very poor a major roach problem and the residents are always drinking all days of the nights,management and there staff are very racial.would not recamend these apartments to my worst enamy!
