Our firm and its predecessors have been practicing Public Accounting since 1949. When Fred C. Theobald, Jr., graduated from Baylor University and joined the firm. The reputation for integrity, competence and distinguished service to clients has been uninterrupted. Officers of our firm include Fred C. Theobald Jr., CPA and R.J. Demahy, CPA. Mr Demahy graduated from Lamar University in 1968. The firm has qualified and experienced staff. We continually invest both time and resources in professional continuing education, and state of the art computer technology, we are prepared to assist individuals and businesses of all sizes. We offer accounting, auditing, tax preparation including electronic filing, payroll and management services.
