1) I walked in the door and the employees were siting at there desk in the back doing absolutely nothing, just goofing around and laughing. They didn't let me coming in stop their horseplay! It took them ten minutes and only because I went and found someone to help me. 2) I've been there many times for my mother and never liked the customer service, but this time it was unacceptable. I simple came in to pick up my mothers supplies that they had called and said would be ready and the women had no idea what I was talking about. I asked for the manager who by the way is a compete idiot, he apologies and said he is sorry that it seems that he must have somehow called the wrong person! Long story short the manager forgot to order my mothers very important supplies which takes a week according to him to come in! All I have to say is good bye PRN this has happened too often and you have lost us as a customer!

I have never had such awesome customer service. I had a very sick foster baby on a sunday afternoon and was in need of a nebulizer. After calling around for over an hour I got hold of PRN the oncall guy came out , opened the store and the buisness went out of their way to help us on a very stressfull day. Thats to them I have a better breathing sleeping baby in the next room.
