I have been a donor for more years than I can remember and have always had good experiences with Lifeshare until recently when I cannot log onto my account to get my results from my current donations. My password is incorrect and when I go through the process to receive a temporary password I never get a response. This has happened every time I try to log in since they changed over from the system where all I had to do was give my name and date of birth. Calls to the center haven't gotten any results, maybe this review will get the attention of someone higher up.
