hiked the monthly rental $150 in last 2 years. i do not have kids, work nights, just want a quiet place to sleep. they mow the lawn at 7am for 2 hours, then blow the clippings for another hour. I'M TRYING TO SLEEP!!! "free wi-fi" has not worked for 2 years, they cut off the wi-fi when the office is closed, i have to go elsewhere to pay my bills on line. "free cable tv" only channel that comes in is the weather channel & it has stripes across the screen! bring your own insecticide, the muddy grass strips are full of fire ants. spent a week without electricity due to hurricaine Ike... no consideration in the bill, they raised the rent by $50 again! every time there is rain, all the rv sites flood. office is open at their convenience, closed at noon, or noon to 4pm-still haven't figured out when they are open. the people that stay here are mostly employed, hard working people. NOT a kid friendly place.

NOT A PLACE FOR KIDS! While having the most amenities in the area, the service did not match the quality of the property. If you are not in a millon dollar bus expect to have them look down on you. Even with the amenities that they offer they are NOT kid friendly. They offer a pool and playground but heaven forbid your let your children use them. MY children are not rude and are not destructive, but are kids. I would not let my dog stay there much recommend to someone with kids. This place is great if you are old and have millions in the bank. They will love you then!
