Charles has got lot of apartments also. These people speak very nicely when you move in to the apartments. They don't have sufficient maintainance staff and will keep post pone things forever. They won't repair the problems and in emergencies also the owner will not take the call.Nobody will take responsibility.We suggest you to not move in these apartments. There is a lady in the office,who is very rude and careless.They just want money.
