A-1 Sheet Metal, founded in 1942, specializes in all aspects of the metal industry ranging from marine and industrial sheet metal to ventilation and air conditioning. The company uses advanced computer-controlled plasma cutter to make precision parts from almost any CAD file or drawing. It stocks a large inventory of steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, copper, and other alloys ranging in thickness from 26 gauge to half inch. All of its journeymen are CAD and CAM qualified with apprentice training. Some of its clients include Noble Drilling, Cliff's Drilling, Pride Offshore, Librety Maritime, Ensco, Star Enterprise, DuPont, Beaumont ISD, R & R Marine and Texas Dry Dock. The firm is a member of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association. A-1 Sheet Metal has headquarters in Beaumont, Texas.
