Are you kidding drjenny? This place is a wonderful place, you may have had a bad experience once but it doesn't me they are of poor quality and management. I have been using Flowers Etc.. for six years during funerals, weddings, and other celebrations. They have been nothing but nice and honest. I know for a fact that they have a 2-3 hour delivery time frame so their is no way that your product wasn't delivered in a timely manner. You seem to be the one needing a review of honesty. They are also empathetic and fair. For all other reviewers, this floral shop displays several "homely" qualities and ethics. I hope this helps!

This shop has delivered many arrangements for me, they are very friendly and do EXCELLENT work! They will even do custom work if you are looking for something specific. I have tried all the shops in town, but this is the most artistic one. I have been buying flowers for my wife and relatives from them for ten years! I will never go anywhere else!

I used their online service to place an order for a special occasion because they did not answer their phone during business hours. The order was not delivered on time. When I called to cancel the order since it was not delivered on time (the occasion had passed) I had to leave a message on the answer machine (they were not yet open). No one returned the call or offered any type of solution. I will NOT use this company again nor would I recommend it. A simple phone call from them would have avoided this negative review.

I was extremly pleased with there very friendly service and they had the most beautiful arrangements! A place you must visit, I had an arrangement delivered to Casino Morongo and it was eye catching this is how happy i was with there work.
