At Crosta Pizzeria, we are passionate in the craft of making perfect, wood-fired pizzas. Our Italian Brick oven, fashioned out of native Italian clay, assembled on site by masters of masonry, and fueled by aromatic Hickory and Oak is just as important a component in our pizza as the hand-crafted sauce, cheeses and the finest Italian and locally sourced ingredients. Let’s not forget the dough. Our recipe for the perfect dough for our ingredients is such a true example of Italian craftsmanship that we just HAD to name our place “CROSTA”. Our passion for authentic Italian cuisine doesn’t just start and stop at pizza. Our chef driven team focuses on the quaintness of rustic Italian dining with our daily production of house made sausages, roasted lamb, pork and poultry dishes, salads and antipasti that display the charms of the food and warm sense of community found only in Italy.
