Management ie: Jamie does not return phone calls period.. Homes were built with substandard thin wall sewer pipes. First month we rented here, toilets could not be used for tweleve days and now sewer system is not functional again starting April 18th . Called to report on emergency line and as of April 20th no return phone call from management. Neighbors said raw sewage had been reported at this address in Dec of 2014 . I would not rent from this company again. Items noted on move-in form have not been addressed. Neighbor reported that she is being charged for a window blind that fell apart when she tried to open it.

Management, parking space s*cks!!! Super strict management, but when u need them, most of the time not in the office, so unreliable! Parking space such a pain, unless u have one car, not enough space for more than one, they will threaten u that your car gonna be towed if you park in the grass, or drive on the grass to get to the parking space. Make sure u take a picture of the house when u move in so when u move out they wont charge u for any stuff that u didnt damage. Not recommended for anybody looking to live a quiet and normal life, highly recommended ashton pointe or the preserve.
