The Bobcat Dairy Bar is a fast food style diner in Lee County (Eastern Kentucky). It has been operating in Beattyville for over 40 years. We offer a variety of sandwiches, dinners, soups and desserts. The Bobcat also offers gasoline sales and storage units. The Bobcat Restaurant was purchased in 1978 by friends Gene Flynn and Heber Dunaway. Gene eventually fell ill and passed, so his wife, JoAnn became an active partner in the restaurant. The Flynn and Dunaway families ran the Bobcat for over 35 years. The Bobcat Dairy Bar was purchased by Phillip and Karen Flynn Angel (daughter of Gene and JoAnn Flynn) in 2014.
