They work closely with you to assess your capabilities then devise a targeted training, nutrition and wellness plan to help you achieve your goals. They train amateurs and professionals (I'm an amateur) -- indoor and outdoor, group and individual programs. Great facility too! 3 high end, fully equipped studios with cardio center, exceptionally clean showers, restrooms and locker area. In just 14 1/2-hour sessions, I have become incredibly toned -- all of my "trouble spots" are vanishing! Be prepared for a safe yet challenging workout!
