Ascentia: Pathways to Community Living provides community and family support services for individuals with severe mental illnesses. It organizes educational and advocacy programs and offers medication management, nursing, counseling, psychiatric assessment and testing services. The organization also provides residential services and operates more than 45 group residences throughout the northeastern Ohio. Ascentia: Pathways to Community Living conducts various social and recreational activities that include weightlifting, aerobics, yoga, dance, holiday parties and movie screenings. It provides a training and placement program that focuses on assisting people with disabilities to search jobs. Ascentia: Pathways to Community Living is a part of the Jewish Family Service Association of Cleveland.
