We have worked with Lorraine and her team at On Call Care for almost a year now and I can not say enough great things about the care they've provided. We have used them for both a live-in aide when my father-in-law was in Hospice, as well as a daily aide to care for my uncle. We had a very unique situation with 2 elderly adults in the home needing care and Lorraine bent over backwards to help us get everything arranged in a timely manner. She herself visited the home to ensure the arrangement was a good fit for all involved, and continued to visit many times after that, even just to say "hi" to my uncle. Lorraine is very involved with the care of her customers and took my uncle to many of his doctors appts. herself. I can't say enough great things about On Call Care!
