Ran by children, all mostly under 22yo that know nothing about phone service. After being lied to several times, the service didn't even work where they promised it would. After cancelling my non-working cell plan, I was told I would get my refund within 2 business days, witch was another total lie. I called the refund line 3 days later, they told me it would be 7-10 working days in a form of a $516.00 visa gift card? Amazing. I am an Administrator of a huge plant nearby (where service doesn't work) and had a safety meeting the following Monday in front of 425 employees. The speech was about phone safety. I did add however add my experience with this store as a friendly consumer warning that their service is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. The manager did seem to hide out a lot in the back room when there were issues? And no help what so ever from him. Everyone of the employee's I met lack professionalism and any sense of understanding and kindness. Better service around
