I have been in practice since 1982. After training in Pediatrics, Neonatology and Pediatric Neurology - Board Certified in all three- While I worked in NY City for nearly forty years. I became known as the "Report Card Doctor". My strength is in eduacting parents what their children are entitled to under the Disabilties Act
