I am a retired Harris County Deputy Sheriff I wish to handle this in a legal way because of the past cases where property retrieval has backed fired on people. The ex-wife lives in Humble, Harris County same address we shared for 2 years. I was divorced August 10, 2009 and awarded my person property as well as my tools, guns and my retirement which is stated in the divorce decree. I went to the resident last week to obtain my property, the Ex wasn't there only her 19 year old daughter, I was refused from obtaining any property. The daughter call the ex and the ex told her to call 911, the daughter didn't call. I left without incident. We lived together at this residence, her in spare bedroom and I in the other. I paid the bills and maintained medical for her and the daughter until January when I stopped which I no longer live at this residence. So I now need assistance through the legal system. Looking for my rights in obtaining the property and cost for
