(Only 1 star because the site won't allow a 0 stars rating) They have installed an ATM machine and now refuse to take your card for payment. Instead they direct you to their ATM and say that you "earn points" for paying in cash. Of course their ATM charges you a $2 fee, making them a nice little profit. I find this practice disgusting as they already earn $30-$60/hr, depending on what you have done. Also you only earn one "point" unless you spend more than $75 and it takes 10 "points" to get a free manicure. So you've already essentially paid for your "free" manicure by the time that you have "earned" your points. If you don't wanna take the card as payment that's fine but don't turn around and try to make a profit from that stance. I hope this isn't a trend that catches on with nail salons. Either way, I won't be a customer at BC Nails ever again.
