The rigatoni I ordered was mushy and not very hot. The servers were polite but overwhelmingly underexperienced and careless as I heard 2-3 plates and/or glasses break during my 1 hour visit. I went on a Thursday... a day when a jazz band plays. The music was so loud that I couldn't talk to my date. And the least classy thing was seeing the manager yell across the room at someone sitting at the bar in jokingly manner. Sir, you may run the business, but my ears and privacy are mine. And while in your establishment, don't act foolish or like a big shot- especially if you can't back it up with your food or overall experience in the restaurant.

A good amount of food- too bad it was cold and flavorless. The service was alright, but akin to the quality service of a diner or pizza joint. Ambience was ok, but did not enjoy hearing all of the staff's, owner (im guessing), and obnoxious bar patrons loud conversations. It looked like an intimate setting but it surfaced as an italian circus. Won't be back. Don't recommend. Save your money and go get a slice instead.

Coming to Bayside was exciting but to have a great italian resturant like Papazzio's was comforting. Dominic, the owner settles for nothing less than the best in his selection of food, staff, and ambiance. I had favorites in other towns but with Papazzio's, I don't need to leave Bayside. The staff is totally professional and will insure your dining experience is the best. I have found the menu offers wonderful selections yet I am stuck on a few favorites.
