Excellent diagnosis and treatment after multiple attempts for treatment from my own GP, a walkin clinic, an even North Shore Hospital ER failed me. Their incompetence and rote cookie cutter treatment is without consciousness. Dr Wasserman took his time and knew exactly what I needed and within hours the persistent 12 day old cough was finally letting up. I'm am sooo thankful for finally finding a doctor who did the right thing in order for me to get better.

Dr Wasserman is an incredibly kind and accommodating provider. He squeezed me in day of, and then apologized to ME for the wait, after doing me the favor. He was very thorough in his assessment, as well as genuinely interested in what I had to say instead of just diagnosing and rushing me out. He was very compassionate and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I like how he explained WHY I was getting the symptoms and educated me on ways to manage. I definitely recommend him and look forward to seeing him again. Everyone from medical providers to front desk staff in this office are extremely nice.

Had no difficulty understanding everything his said to me. Even scheduled a follow-up to make sure this was the best course of action and discussed what can be done if it was not. I recommend Dr. Wasserman if you are having an ear, nose and throat issues/problems.
