I have had many good expieriences with Booth Florist They have been helpful,patient,and always recommend the proper arrangements for any occassion. I have recommended family and friends and they all are please with their work. I highly recommend Booth Florist without any hestitations whatsoever

Absolutely the WORST experience. While this florist had advertised on their website that they delivered to LI, they cancelled my boyfriend's order with NO explantation stating they won't deliver. Didn't try to fix the problem by perhaps calling or emailing my boyfriend. Instead they sent an email saying your order has been cancelled (no reason) and expect a refund in 3 days. That's it! That wasn't even the worst part. I rang all day on the 15th of Feb. No answer, no voicemail, nothing. When I spoke to an extremely rude man the next day he gave me no indication he was sorry this happened and in short told me he doesn't need my boyfriend's money and hung up on me. Shocked and disappointed does not even begin to describe it. How could someone actually be in business with this attitude?? I know this is NY but come on... Better business bureau has already been notified. And to the florist: thank you for ruining Valentine's and my anniversary.

Absolutely delighted with everything Booth Florist provided. They turned up between the specified times and were absolutely stunning. Best bouquet of flowers I have ever received, beautiful colours, with a wide variety of different flowers. Many thanks in making my day and the fine floral display in my home. Friendly and helpful staff - great service - thoroughly recommend.

Just ask for Chris, the owner. He's the most customer oriented shopkeeper I've ever met. Great arrangements. Great prices.
