Dr. Pelosi is amazing. He did lipo on me with absolutely no evidence afterwards, just like I was born without those annoying outer thigh bumps. :) Hardly any bruising, either. Lipoabdominoplasty with only local tumescent anesthesia and six months later I have full sensation in the entire area. Scar right down low where I requested it and natural-looking. Fat transfer to a thigh depression and you would never know I ever had it. He is full of energy and loves what he does, goes way out of his way to make you feel at home, to the point of putting me up in an apartment he keeps for visiting surgeons so I could recover for a few days, since I traveled half-way across the country to see him. He also heavily discounts second procedures to where you can actually afford to have things fixed, not the paltry 10% some offer. Now if I could just get him to move his practice to Texas . . . . :)
