My refrigerator started showing signs of not working properly 2 wks ago. My wife and I went Lowe's found a refrigerator she love and a good deal. We bought even though they did not have it in stock we told we could wait for 2 wks to give a chance to special the kitchen in the meantime. My refrigerator gave out a week later, we called to try to have delivered earlier but it was not available and they told us it right not even be available for the day we had requested. After going back and forth with rep on the phone they said they found one unit at their Staten island store and that they would honor the original Rachel date. The date came and we got a call from store that the unit they received had a couple of scratches and they would send us the unit if we approved of the unit they would give us a 10% discount we agreed the unit show up 2 hours later with 4 very visible dents like the unit was hit with a hammer. Unbelievable. They thought we would accept a unit in that condition. Now we`'re stuck without a refrigerator and waiting to hear black from store.
