He helps you understand all facets of your treatment, listens to what you have to say and cares about you and how you feel. Thanks to him, I am ahead of schedule in my recovery from the Achilles tendon surgery, In addition, his staff, Christian, Mike, Teresa, Michelle and Marie are professional, friendly and courteous. I am not a big fan of this place. From the moment I walked in, things were askew. I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes, only to find that once I went into the PT area, all of the patient areas were full. There were 2 PTs bouncing from patient to patient. They keep many of the excercise equipment in milk crates. Much of the exercises equiptment is not sanitized & smells funky. I watched people come & go...they use the same pillows over & over...I think that is rather unsanitary. I was not impressed - I do not think I received good care here. The PTs are just going through the motions, because they are so overbooked! If you do decide to go here....bring your Purell!
