Very rude and unprofessional. They catered to my father's third wife of 1 year and physically barred his adult children and grandchildren from viewing room until 15 minutes prior to visitation. Didn't even bother to ask our names. This was 2nd Grandparent death in 3 months for my children, which they couldn't even be bothered to know about. Horrible experience. We will always remember my father's services with many upsetting memories. Even had visitors remark on their rudeness days later. Stay away!
