I'm writing this review simply because in this day and age it seems harder and harder to find quality customer service ,however my experience at your store with Santo R. was not only professional but also very helpful. He was a gentleman and very knowledgeable about the products you sell and willing to go beyond what his actual job description calls for.I will recommend your store to friends and family for those reasons alone. I truly hope that these reviews get read by management and or his bosses because I feel that they should know what a quality employee they have. I usually walk out of stores lately complaining but he changed that immediately. Just a side note , I tried to give him a tip and he would not accept it and the reason he gave me for saying no was that he was only doing his job. Thank You Michele Straub a customer for life.
