This is a REAL "hidden" (Irish) gem on the west side of Cleveland! IMO Sean has TOP chefs working for him -- and I enjoyed every mouthful of Green Island burger, cream of corned beef soup, french onion soup, fish & chips, Dublin pasta, and all the other FANTASTIC flavorful dishes -- well worth busting ANY diet for!!! Not to be outdone, superb deserts (although many of us really miss their berry bramble over french vanilla ice cream!!). Sean and his wife are great hosts here, and you'll actually feel as if you're in a pub/restaurant in Ireland when you walk in the door. Also, great to hear the Irish music CDs with a large glass of Guiness Stout with your dining experience! Slante!! DO visit - you won't be disappointed!! :)

A Local Favorite , Irish Themed Full Bar, and Restaurant. Owned and operated by Ireland Belfast born Sean McConnell. An extraordinary find. Tucked in on 25517 Eaton Way, just off Columbia Rd. The Restaurant is open Mon Through Sat, at 11:30 each morning for lunch and dinner. Reputed to have the best corned beef, Fish & Chips, steaks and seafood. Sean's favorite saying is " This is McConnell's not McDonalds" so give your self time to eat and enjoy the atmostsphere, check out the photos all round the restaurant of Ireland taken by Sean himself. You have to try the Greenisland Burger, Home made soups. Guinness,Harp,Smithwicks, imported from Ireland.Amstel, and always one of Great Lakes brewery on tap. A very relaxed place. Prices very resonable. Great chefs!
