I recently had my computer repaired. The service was quick, efficient, and reasonable! I would recommend this company highly.

I took a piece of audio gear here for repair recently. After paying $50 for an estimate, I was told that parts had to be ordered and that it would be three to six months, or longer, before the repair could be completed. I OK'd this and waited to hear back from Sandro's that the job was finished and I could pick up my gear. After hearing nothing after several months, I contacted them by phone and was bluntly informed that "I junked it" (i.e., my item). Completely shocked, I headed immediately to the store, where after being told the item was unrepairable (something which no one had been courteous enough to inform me), my item was mysteriously "found." Its cover didn't appear to even have been opened for inspection. While trying to explain the situation, I was rudely insulted. Consumer alert: This outfit is completely unprofessional, if not outright dishonest.
