NOT SO GOOD: If you are not on the automatic payment plan then you have to make sure your payments arrive early to the PO Box, which they may not check until after the payment is due and then tack on a late fee. You have to call the super more than once before he comes in to do a repair. If you live on a lower level below children, you hear everything and it causes earthquakes. The piping in the buildings create issues in maintaining temperature control, and changes abruptly while in shower or doing dishes. Parking on the property is difficult after 10pm, leaving a few minutes walk to building. People are disrespectful about ringing the bell to be let in, and your neighbors may let strangers in. All in all, being one of the cheapest complexes on the Island, you get what you pay for.

i have been to this complex nobody is ever in the office and when you call for an appointment nobody ever returns your calls try calling the corporate office and they do nothing about there business
