This is one of the worst GameStops I have ever experienced. Most of the employees seem disgusted with working, and one particular employee named Christopher tries to do a little work as possible and -when he is working- actively attempts to deny pre-order purchases to customers and twist the return policies in such an aggressive way that he leaves customers flustered and confused and not allowing them to get the return they have a right to

This gamestop is the best! They're a bit busy, but they're always happy to see me and help me.

Can't get in touch with them and they dont even have an answering machine or some kind of thing to notify me they're closed. I pre ordered 2 games which i already paid in full and cannot get them because apparently Gamestops don't share informtation and you can only get your preordered game at the exact store you did the pre order. And the store i did the pre order i suppose is closed based on their just not answering the phone . I want my games i paid for but cant. Another Gamestop i got in touch with told me i can come buy the games from them for full price . HAHS yes im gonna come buy 100$ worth of games that i already paid for months ago. Horribly run business
