Bay Shore High School serves students in grades nine through 12. The school s curriculum includes college preparatory, honors and advanced placement levels of study. Bay Shore High School s extracurricular activities include a home-school organization, athletic association, booster club, music association, and junior high and senior high school student government and social functions. It offers a variety of sports activities, including baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, and track and field. The school also offers studies in performing arts and health and physical education. It additionally provides various classes in technology education and world languages.
